Healthy Apple Banana Muffins
I just tried this recipe that I found on
Jennifer Meyering's blog
. It was quick and easy to make, and the muffins were delicious!! The only thing I changed was I used the small muffin tins (without papers) and made mini muffins.
Ingredients: Banana, apple, egg, almond flour, baking soda, salt, butter.
Cooking time: 10-15 minutes.
