Did you know that it's a tradition for women to propose to men on Leap Day? Apparently, according to an old Irish legend... in the 5th century, a nun by the name of St. Bridget, petitioned St. Patrick on behalf of all women in that they have a more active role in choosing their husbands. As a result of this request, women were allowed to propose to men once every four years... on February 29th. Interesting!
Well I do believe in taking a leap of faith. But I wont be proposing on February 29th, sorry K. ;)
But I did put together an Etsy Treasury in celebration of Leap Year / Leap Day. Enjoy!
